    Senior Vice President and Group Manager

    Lindsay Richardson Hill has developed her career in the playground and recreation industry at PlayCore for over 18 years. Her roles have primarily included marketing, product development and sales. She is currently responsible for the management of four brands including Play & Park Structures, BigToys, UltraPlay, and Freenotes Harmony Park. Her team identifies, develops, and launches innovative new products as well as provides sales and service to meet market needs while continuously improving the recreation offerings available to communities. She has an BA in Communications and an MA in Marketing. She helps build her community through current and prior volunteer or board positions with the Association for Visual Arts (AVA), The Bright School, Miracle League of Chattanooga, and the Junior League of Chattanooga,.

    Lindsay says, “I enjoy exploring new places through travel and recreational activities. My husband is an avid golfer, and I am continuously learning and developing my golf skills which allows us enjoy time outdoors together on golf courses across the country.”

    Senior Vice President of Finance

    Jesse Taylor joined PlayCore in November, 2009 and is responsible for the oversight of financial activities of several PlayCore brands. Prior to joining the company, Jesse worked as an audit manager for Ernst & Young LLP. Jesse is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and a member of the AICPA and the TSCPA.

    Jesse greatly enjoys exploring, hiking, and mountain climbing.

    Director of Marketing and Product Development

    Kelly Ellington joined PlayCore in April 2021 with 20+ years of experience in Marketing and Operations Management. She is responsible for all key marketing functions of four brands including Play and Park Structures, UltraPlay, Freenotes Harmony Park and Big Toys. She has successfully implemented strategic marketing and communication programs, proposal win strategies and training, cross-selling processes, brand strategy and an architecture to successfully meet business objectives, as well as brand equity development across multiple brands.

    Kelly received her B.A in Communications, with a minor in Sociology. She is an active Board Member of many organizations including Tennessee International Dyslexia Association, Sigma Kappa Alumnae Advisory and Chapter Boards, and most recently rolled off the Board of Chattanooga Kids on the Block where she was an active participant for 11 years, serving as Board President for six of those years.

    In Kelly’s spare time she enjoys all things adventure including sky diving, biplane or hot air balloon rides or flying a navy jet with an aerobatic specialist! Kelly is a proud Mom to five kids of whom she travels often with and enjoys the blessings of life. She let’s her husband tag along too!
