PlayCore Acquires Knorr Systems

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. (PlayCore), a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a broad range of play and recreation products, today announced the acquisition of Knorr Systems (KSI).

 
Founded in 1977, KSI has brought chemical automation to the commercial pool market, and expanded their distribution capabilities to offer a wide range of aquatic equipment, service, and
expertise.
 
“We are excited about this latest addition to our aquatics division,” said PlayCore President, RogerPosacki. “Their ability to provide aquatic equipment, service, training and daily operations to facilities in the United States greatly compliments our ability to service the aquatics industry.”

Day-to-day operations will continue from the KSI headquarters in Santa Ana, California.
